We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to act as both the key interface as well as the technical resource for clients during software deployment and customization projects. The ideal candidate must be able translate customer requirements into detailed technical specifications and implement those specifications in various platforms commonly utilized by non-profits. The candidate must ensure that the implementation and execution of client projects exceed client satisfaction and required deliverables are met.

Special Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelors degree.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently and interfacing directly with clients.
• Experienced in effective problem solving and generating creative solutions.
• Experience with web-based technologies and concepts including strong HTML and CSS skills.
• Experience integrating systems and ETL concepts.
• Knowledge of non-profit community a plus.
