The Team

Sandra Jensen
A veteran of the SaaS industry in Austin, KELL Partners co-founder Sandra Jensen has spent the last fifteen years of her career helping early- to mid-stage start-up companies build and grow their service organizations. For the last 6 years, she has focused these efforts towards non-profit, public sector and higher education clients. As Vice President of Services at PeopleAdmin, and in numerous director-level positions at Convio, Sandra has been instrumental in expanding those companies’ service offerings while dramatically increasing renewal rates and customer satisfaction. Prior to Convio, Sandra served as Director of Customer Care at Evity, and as the Senior Manager overseeing BMC Software’s Austin support operation. She has held several leadership positions at numerous other companies in the past, including BroadbandNOW!, Quick Technologies, and AOL. Sandra is a long time contributor to the ASPCA, Goodwill Industries and the Susan G. Komen Foundation. She also likes to spend her free time working with various, local animal welfare organizations and organizing food drives with her children for the Capital Area Food Bank.

Kevin Burpo
Kevin has over a decade of software consulting and services leadership experience prior to co-founding KELL Partners. As Director of Services at PeopleAdmin, Inc., Kevin has been responsible for providing both technical and strategic direction for that company’s Implementation and Support organizations for clients within the non-profit, public sector and higher education markets. Previously, he has provided business insight and data integration to some of the country’s most successful organizations as a Business Consultant with WCI Consulting. He has also held a number of technical and leadership positions at Convio, Inc., where he was focused on assisting non-profit organizations implement and utilize a variety of technology solutions. Kevin holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University. Kevin and his family are long-time supporters of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society both directly and through Team in Training as participants, sponsors, and coaches.
